History and reasons for Mopapp's existence
Mopapp was born from the experience of three people devoted to developing mobile innovative applications.
We developed many dozens of iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android and Windows Mobile applications.
What we always lacked was a tool that could allow us to quickly see how applications performs,
that is, how well they sell, how many downloads and updates they get, where most customers are,
and a lot more information. Sounds interesting?

Sure there were already a couple of services that did something like this, but only partially.
We needed something that could track sales not just for iPhone apps from iTunes, or from another
specific store; developing for almost all mobile platforms and having our applications on sales
on a variety of different stores we needed something that was cross-platform and cross-store, so
that we could easily compare not just which application sell more or in what country, but also
on what platform and on what store! So for example we have Application A that is built for
Platform 1, Platform 2 and Platform 3, and that is sold on Store X, Store Y and Store Z.
What we needed was something that could tell us (with a lot of detailed information) that
Application A is selling more than the others on Platform 2 and on Store Z, but less and
Application B for Platform 1 on Store Y. Or that Application C on three stores and for
three platforms is selling less than Application B on a single store!
Hence Mopapp was born. It allows you to do what's described above, and oh so much more! And
not only did we want it to work with tons of data and details and have professional features;
we also wanted it to be simple and sleek; quick to use and pleasant; secure and robust;
flexible but with a streamlined process.
By keeping this in mind we built it and that we keep working on it to improve it. Sounds
pretentious? Think we could actually do better? We're sure as well: that's why we listen
to all feature requests, ideas and complaints. If you need something that it's not there already,
feel free to ask; we might find it useful for other users and implement it soon! API support
that allows to track sales from any e-commerce store was actually born after a request from a
beta-stage user!

Co-founder & Chief Operations Officer
A veteran consultant for multinational financial services companies, with deep
skills in information technologies, business processes and team management, Federico now takes
care of the day-to-day operations in Mopapp's office, ensuring that all services work flawlessly,
planning maintenance tasks and providing a mix of technical and business insights to improve
Mopapp's features.
Marco Bellinaso
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
A senior consultant and author of the bestselling book
"ASP.NET 2.0 Website Programming", in recent years Marco fell in love with Apple technologies
and is now focused on developing mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry and Android. With a
strong background in server-side technologies, he oversees the development of Mopapp's services
and the website infrastructure.

Alberto Falossi
UI Experience
An ITC consultant, author, and speaker specialized in reengineer companies' business processes with IT technologies. Alberto
also teaches Enterprise 2.0 at University of Pisa, Italy. He helped building the service infrastructure in the Mopapp's bootstrapping phase.
